Keep up to date with events happening in school!
Amanda Gormley from 'Poverty Proofing' is in school this week and would welcome the views of as many parents/carers as possible on things such as access to trips, after school clubs and music tuition, the costs of uniform, how free school meals are administered and how children access food during the school day. A letter and a parent survey can be accessed here: https://bit.ly/3N5zQu1

If you haven’t already made an application for a secondary school for September 2024, please don’t forget to apply by the 31 October 2023. Applications can be made online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/admissions
If you apply after this deadline, you risk not getting the school of your choice. Paper forms are available from the school office.
Next week we will begin collecting Harvest donations for The Rainbow Centre in Scarborough. The Rainbow Centre have put together a 'Wish List' of items to replenish their stocks and fill their store room in preparation for the coming Winter period, however all donations are very much appreciated.
Please send your donations in with your child next week. The children will have a Harvest Assembly on Friday 27th October where all donations will be on display, and then delivered to The Rainbow Centre.
Thank you for your continued support.
We are holding an Open Evening on Thursday 12th October from 5pm till 6pm for children due to start school in September 2024. Please come and visit us to see what makes us a Good School!
