Stuck for real books at home or have limited new, engaging books for all the family to share - then fiction express may help you. Fiction Express is an option online collection of ebooks which you may wish to use to share stories with your children at home. 

As part of our reading for pleasure offer to children in our school we have access to Fiction Express.

Fiction Express has been designed to improve poor reading habits by getting children excited about reading through the power of engagement and gamification.

As well as an online collection of children's adventure and game based fantasy stories, stories are published weekly. Children can read the chapter and at the end, they are rewarded with the option to vote to decide what happens next in the story. The author then writes it in real time. They can also interact on the online book forum with other children worldwide and build the story together in a safe online environment.

Your child has been given personal login details by their teacher which allows them to access all the books in the platform, more than 100 so far. You can access the platform from any device: computer, tablet or mobile phones.

We recommend that you log in together with your child, take a look through the website and read along some of the stories with them. Together you will enjoy reading much more with Fiction Express!
