School Dress Code
All children are expected to follow the school dress code:
All pupils | School logo or plain purple jumper or cardigan, and school logo or plain white polo shirt with a collar. |
Boys | Black or grey smart trousers. Black or grey smart shorts may be worn in summer. |
Girls | Black or grey smart trousers, skirt or dress. Black or grey smart shorts or a purple gingham dress may be worn in warmer weather (no crop tops or cycling shorts please). |
Shoes | Black shoes. Should be practical and suitable for walking and running. |
P.E. & Sport | Indoor P.E. - white t-shirt, black shorts, plimsolls/trainers. Outdoor P.E. - white t-shirt, black jogging bottoms, trainers, hooded sweatshirt. |
Jewellery | Jewellery is not permitted in school for safety reasons, other than earrings (a single stud in the lobe of each ear only). Studs must be removed for P.E. lessons or covered up with micropore tape which must be brought in from home. |
Hair | Please do not have haircuts with words shaved in. |
Hot Weather | Sunglasses and hats may be worn in hot weather. Please send in sun cream and make sure it is clearly labelled with your child's name. |
Hooded sweatshirts and kit bags with the school logo are available to purchase from Edge Clothing but these are not compulsory.
Hooded sweatshirts must only be worn for sport, please ensure you buy the school sweatshirts for the rest of the school day.
P.E. kit should be brought to school on a Monday morning in a named kit bag and taken home on a Friday to be washed.
