Dear Parents/Carers
Thanks for the positive comments, updates and patience regarding the national voucher scheme that launched this week. Everyone who is eligible should have received their vouchers for this week. If there’s an issue, please look at the user guide available here. If that doesn’t solve the problem, feel free to contact the office and we’ll try and rectify the situation. Staff in school have put a huge amount of work into setting this up in difficult circumstances; schools across the country have been trying to do the same thing at the same time! The next batch of vouchers for next week should be with you on or just after 27th April. Again, thanks for your patience and appreciation of the work that has gone in to organise this. We hope you’re all ok and staying safe.

Dear Parents/Carers
I'm writing to give an update on the voucher scheme for those who are entitled to free school meals.
You may be aware that the Government and DfE have pointed us towards using a scheme set up to ensure you get vouchers that can be redeemed in local supermarkets. Nationally, there has been a huge demand on this service and, despite Barrowcliff staff working for 3 weeks to sort this out for our families, there are still issues in the provider getting the vouchers and codes to us. We are hopeful that they'll be ready for next week however I can't be certain that this will be the case.
Please bear with us while we continue to work with the provider to get the vouchers to you.
I'll update you next week as to where we are with the arrangements.
Hope you're all ok and staying safe.
Regards,
Mark Rogers
