You may have seen the Edenred scheme mentioned on the news over the last few days and we can confirm that Barrowcliff School have experienced our fair share of problems!  Thank you all for your patience while we have been working on getting your vouchers to you.

Postal vouchers for w/c Monday 27th April didn't reach school until Saturday 2nd May.  They were posted first class on Monday 4th May together with your vouchers for week commencing 4th May, so you will receive 2 weeks together.

Families who have contacted us about emailed vouchers that they have been unable to redeem will receive backdated vouchers in the post.  The emailed vouchers have now been cancelled and you will receive postal vouchers from now on.

We are aware that emailed vouchers for this week (comm 4th May) were delayed.  According to the Edenred system these have now been delivered to your email inbox.  Please let us know if this is not the case and we will resend your codes to you.

For those who receive the Big Local Tesco vouchers, you may have noticed there was no email this week.  These need to be delivered to you by post just for this week.  They will be back to email delivery next week.  We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.  These have been posted today (Tuesday) and should be with you by tomorrow.
